I love to write copy that pops and stories that bloom. And I’ve discovered that crafting delightful writing not only sparks joy in me, it also brings life to others.
Hi! I’m Jennica Peterson, a writer, editor, and content strategist with 10+ years of experience. My expertise? Writing about ways to live and travel more sustainability. I know how to promote positive change while elevating your brand.
Lately I’ve focused on copywriting for forward-thinking companies. I’m especially proud of my recent writing for Cocofloss, an innovative dental-floss brand that is working toward sustainability. My editorial writing has been published in several anthologies and magazines, including Afar, Islands, National Geographic Traveler, Garden Design, Sport Diver, and on nationalgeographic.com. I’ve also worked as an editor forAfar, Islands, Sport Diver, Weekend Sherpa, and Via. I’ve developed social-media strategies for Afar and the travel company Wilderness Travel and have written ad copy for international tour companies and resorts.
I hold a B.A. in English with distinction from Stanford University and a certificate in editing from U.C. Berkeley Extension. My passion for exploring and learning has led me to travel in about 70 countries. Now I live with my husband and daughter in the small town of Louisville, Colorado, near Boulder.
